An amber coloured ale, produced with two styles of New Zealand hop, which result in a delicate fruity beer with a citrus hop nose. |
A Spring beer, reflecting the images of the season. It is light in colour, crisp and refreshing with a delicate floral aroma. |
Brewed using only pale and lager matls, giving the beer a very light golden colour. A thirst quenching alternative to lager, whilst maintaining the quality of real ale. |

Roasted Nuts |
This premium ale reflects the colour and intensity of Autumn. Its deep reddish hue derives from the addition of crystal malt in the grist. The flavour is predominantly malty with a subtelate hop character. |
Full flavoured, fruity ale. Crystal & Chocolate malts in the mash produces a rich tast, and a reddish/brown colour, balanced by the addition or aromatic Cascade & Liberty hops. |
