"Rebellion Red" @ 4.5% is a blend of amber, crystal and roasted malts, which when combined, produce a beer with the colour and intensity of an autumn sunset. The rich malty taste is tempered by the citrus fruit flavours derived from adding the choicest Goldings, Fuggles & Cascade hops. The beer can be drunk at whichever temperature suits your taste, ideally serve at cellar temperature, 10 degreees Celsuis.

Rebellion Blonde

"Rebellion Blonde" @ 4.3% is a blend of both lager malt and bitter malt. When combined, they offer the unique qualities of both a lager and bitter, within the same bottle. Serve chilled to savour it as a light, thirst quenching alerternative to a continental style lager. Let it wam up to cellar temperature, (10-14 Degrees C), and the complex falvours of the bitter malt are liberated and the product becomes a light, easy drinking bitter, with a dry finish and a delicate hop aroma.

Rebellion White

"Rebellion White" @ 5.0% is a classic wheat beer, brewed in the style of a Belgian Witbier. Special yeast and 35% wheat malt combine to produce the distinctive spicy, clover aroma and fine, white foam which gives the beer its name. To best appreciate the fully body, aroma and citrus, fruit flavour of this naturally cloudy beer, stir the sediment before servding, well chilled in a wide rimmed glass.

"Rebellion Pilsner" @ 5.0% is brewed in the traditional Bohemian way, where very pale malt and distinctive Saaz hops combine with soft water and a special yeast to dominate the character of this style of beer. A slow gentle fermentation, followed by weeks of cold maturation or "lagering", results in a well rounded and clean tasting Pilsner, with the subtle Saaz hop aroma and flavour. Serve will chilled.
